I enjoyed lunch at Chalk at Wiston Estate to celebrate a friend's birthday just days after it was named in the Michelin Guide's list of '18 best vineyard restaurants in the world'. It is a beautiful place to eat - the food, ambiance and wine are delightful. We had a wander around the estate but I'd definitley return to do a tour and tasting.
