The Whittern (old Herefordshire dialect for 'White Heron' is wit 'ern) consists of 700 acres of arable, woodland and pasture as well as a recently added vineyard. The estate is home of British Cassis and Framboise liqueurs, as well as sparkling wine. There's a range of luxury accommodation on site. Visitors can do walking or e-bike tours & tastings.
