In 1276 the Bishop of Hereford recorded in his 'Red Book' the planting of vines on these south facing slopes and now they've been reintroduced to the area - with 1276 Wines named after this historic year. Visitors can book a guided tour of the vineyard and winery where the tasting is paired with local cheeses. There's also the option of a self-guided tour.
