The guided tour took us through the vines and into the winery learning the fascinating story behind these award-winning sparkling wines. It was really relaxed and informative and we tasted 3 fabulous wines. Glad we got there early to enjoy lunch at Smiths Kitchen - superb food. The kind of place you can happily sit and sip for hours.
